Gaano.com now offers free pickup within the Clark/Angeles City area between the normal office hours of 9am to 6pm.
We will come pick you up at your location and bring you to our office to finalize your transaction.
NOTICE: For airport pickup, you must call us after you exit the arrivals area and we will come get you then. We’re only 2.4km away so we’ll be there quick. Due to flight delays and immigration lines, our staff have had to wait 1 to 2 hours on average so we prefer to have you call us when you’re actually ready to be picked up.
We do not offer free returning service. You must return the car yourself to our office at the designated time on your contract.
*Notice: If you need to pickup or return your vehicle outside of business hours, we might be able to make arrangements for an additional charge of 1500 to 3500php depending on time, location and availability of our staff. Sorry, we are not a 24hr operation so this service is subject to availability.
Our office is located 1215 Rictophen Street angeles city pampanga PI 2009 nearby the airport which, you can find on our website or here on Google Maps.
Your booking comes with 200km per day for free and we only charge 2.5php per kilometer over. You’re free to drive anywhere in the country, even on ferry boats to other islands. Please no excessive idling as it is bad for the engine. We limit the idle time to a maximum of .5 hours (30 minutes per day) and you will be charged an additional 500p if you exceed and 500p more for every .5 hours over that amount.
We do not accept credit cards at this time. We collect a refundable deposit of 5000php that will be returned to you upon returning the vehicle undamaged and with a full tank of gas.
Your vehicle has full coverage insurance to protect against major accidents. However, comprehensive rental insurance is not available (in the Philippines) but small dents and scratches are very cheap to fix here and rarely ever exceed the deposit amount of 5000php.
We have 24/7 roadside assistance anywhere in the Philippines offered by AAP. Just give us a call if you get a flat tire or anything like that and we’ll get you sorted out right away.
